Leena Kisonen is a Finnish Graphic Artist working in the mix of illustration, design and art. She is based in London and works with clients in Asia, Europe and the US.
Leena’s works are often described as pure joy and as a cure for negativity. Her recognizable style is made of color harmonies, quirky characters and Scandinavian charm. She is often inspired by Japanese aesthetics, traveling and folk art.
Leena creates her works by mixing handmade with digital. The starting point of her work is usually paper cuts, which she modifies further digitally. This gives her work its unique, warm feeling.
